Shipping at Rugged Jin

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. If your order is placed during weekends or public holidays, processing will begin on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping Times & Methods
We ship globally using trusted logistics providers. Delivery times vary by region, but our general estimates are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 8–16 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 10–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 12–21 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or high-volume seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we run promotions offering free or discounted shipping—sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges may apply once the package reaches your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We advise checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation and work with the courier to resolve the issue. In eligible cases, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We encourage you to keep all packaging and take photos if your item arrives damaged to help expedite the process.

Shipping Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes as your order might already be in transit.
