Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be included

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our return criteria.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.

2. After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Please ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective. We advise checking sizing and details carefully before purchasing discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right, whether through replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
